Thank you for your interest in our schools. Here are the four steps in our admissions process.
Parents and guardians can begin the application process by turning in an inquiry form and the following documents: a copy of the student’s birth certificate, most recent report card, and IEP (if applicable).
A formal offer of admission will include information about the scholarship the student is eligible to receive and their tuition costs. If an offer of admission is made, families move onto step 4.
Visit & Testing
Prospective students and parents need to visit the school either during an open house or at an individually scheduled time, complete the TerraNova test, and meet with school leadership.
The final step to ensure a seat in the school for your child is to complete the registration paperwork and make a tuition payment during the summer.
Our after school programs are for children in grades 1-8 and are located in South Camden, Fairview, and East Camden/Pennsauken. Our programs are designed for kids to be kids! They are fun, energetic, and dynamic.
Sign up opens in late August.
Our summer camps are for children entering grades 1-8 in the following school year and are located in South Camden, Fairview, and East Camden/Pennsauken. We make the most of the summer through exploratory learning, outdoor activities, arts, recreation, and a variety of field trips.
Each spring, UrbanPromise hosts a job fair for those interested in our StreetLeader program. Teens are employed to help lead our after school programs and summer camps and participate in community service, tutoring, SAT/ACT courses, college/career prep and enrichment activities.
Annual Job Fair
StreetLeaders apply through a competitive process, which includes a job fair, held each spring for those interested in becoming a StreetLeader. In this three-part job fair, applicants engage in job search and resume training, work-related exercises, and an interview.
