Teen Development Program Manager

The Teen Development Program Manager walks alongside UrbanPromise StreetLeaders as they navigate high school, college, careers, and life. You’ll coach, encourage, challenge, and celebrate students while creating opportunities for leadership, growth, service, and success.

Site Director

As a Site Director, you’ll oversee an UrbanPromise After-School Program and Summer Camp, building a fun, faith-filled environment where children and teens can thrive. You’ll lead a team of staff and StreetLeaders, partner with families and schools, and serve as a trusted presence in the neighborhood.

K-5 Teaching Position

Our elementary teachers do more than teach reading, writing, and math—they help students discover their gifts, build confidence, and grow into future leaders. You’ll create a joyful, engaging classroom where children are known, challenged, and encouraged every day.

High School Math Teacher

Our high school math teachers do more than teach equations—they inspire students to persevere, grow, and see new possibilities for their future. You’ll build meaningful relationships, create engaging learning experiences, and help students develop the skills they need for success in college, career, and life.
