Albert Vega

Albert has been a leader, friend, and mentor to countless young people across his tenure at UrbanPromise.

As a young person, Albert was a camper and StreetLeader at UrbanPromise. He then earned his Bachelors Degree at Eastern University in Sociology and Urban Studies.

Albert then directed after school and summer camp programs for 14 years before transitioning into his current position as Director of Children and Youth Ministries.

Albert brings an invaluable perspective and mission-orientation to the UrbanPromise community. He now aims to equip the next generation of camp directors in his leadership role.

Albert is deeply committed to UrbanPromise and sees the community as family. Many young people consider him family as well.
