Pamela Foxx, MS

Throughout her adult life, Pamela has demonstrated a continued commitment to Christian service and ministry. Pamela has served in leadership roles in ministry at several local churches and programs across the east coast over the last two decades. She is an advocate of the homeless populations and those disadvantaged.

Pamela grew up in Asheboro, NC. While at High Point University, Pamela earned a BA in Human Relations with a concentration in Social Work from High Point University in 2003, was crowned first African American Snowball Queen, and received leadership and service distinction awards from the Dean of Students and President.

In 2009, Pamela relocated to Merchantville, NJ to accept the role as Intern Director for UrbanPromise Ministries Inc. Pamela was then promoted in 2011 to serve as Human Resources & Volunteer Manager. In 2022 Pamela was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Volunteer Programs for UrbanPromise. In 2013, during her tenure at UrbanPromise, Pamela earned a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management.

In 2018, Pamela was honored with the Sigma Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society Linda M. Dix Person of Distinction Award. In 2019, UrbanPromise Pamela was selected as a Woman of Empowerment by UrbanPromise. Pamela’s greatest passion in life is to serve people, minister the gospel, study, and lead as a human resource professional.
