Join us for an exciting seasonal opportunity (Mid May-August 2024) as a RiverGuides Program Supervisor! If you’re passionate about the outdoors and empowering urban youth to connect with nature and share their stories, this role is perfect for you. As part of the Office of Experiential Learning team, you’ll lead a group of nine RiverGuides, providing daily guidance, fostering a positive team atmosphere,  and coordinating activities with the Environmental Education Program Director. Your role will involve driving youth to and from work sites, ensuring good conduct, and serving as a liaison between the RiverGuides and UrbanPromise’s Office of Experiential Learning. We’re looking for someone who can balance a positive relationship with youth while maintaining a supervisory role. Join us in our mission to provide youth with valuable on-the-job training and leadership development through guided ecology tours, boatbuilding, and watershed education, while promoting recreation and stewardship of the city’s waterways.

The Campus Facility Steward keeps our campus clean, safe, and functional. They do repairs, clean buildings, and help maintain a welcoming environment. Their role is important in ensuring our facilities work well and contribute to our organization’s mission.
