We gladly receive donations on Thursdays, & Saturdays, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. If you would like to request a pick-up for larger items, please email us with your contact information and pictures of the furniture at upthrift@urbanpromiseusa.org and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Merchandise donation needs

• Gently used clothing (blouses, dresses, dress shirts, jeans, shoes)
• Accessories (jewelry, purses, scarves, hats)
• Household items (small appliances, art/frames, mirrors, fabric/linens)
• Seasonal décor
• Sports equipment
• Small furniture (chairs, end tables, coffee tables)

Please note, we are unable to accept the following items:

• Children’s car seats, highchairs, baby beds, swings, cribs, or items with safety recalls)
• Large appliances (e.g. refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, or air conditioners)
• Chemical products or hazardous chemicals (e.g. paints, thinners, gas or oil-based products, and cleaning supplies)
• Broken or heavily damaged furniture
• Carpet/carpet padding
